Collection and use of personal information
All personal information is used by Logo Prime for order confirmation and project presentation purposes only. When you place your online logo design order we need to know your name and your email address. This information allows us to process your order, and to inform you about your order status. We also need certain information about your company in order to understand your company's logo design needs. We will not share your personal information or information about your company with anyone.
Copyright
If the client does not select one of the logo concepts presented to him or her, or does not make the appropriate payment, it is strictly prohibited to copy or otherwise use any design concepts presented to such client. All samples presented to such client are digitally and visually watermarked.
Our client may select only one of the concepts presented to him or her. The copyright for the rest of the concepts presented to such client belongs to Logo Prime.
All the rights to the final logo design and / or related design products we create at the request of a client belong to such client. Logo Prime reserves the right to publish any logo and / or related design product created for any client as a design sample.
Logo Prime does not file a trademark application with respect to the logos produced for its clients. Any client may register such logo created by Logo Prime as a trademark. Protection of logo copyright is the responsibility of the client to whom it was created. LogoPrime is not responsible for duplicating the logo design by a third party upon project completion.
Logo Prime guarantees that its designs are of its own creation and are not copied from any existing designs or trademarks. Any similarities between the pieces produced by Logo Prime and any other design pieces are occasional.
Deposit and Balance Payment
We require deposit along with your online application. Please refer to Packages for detailed information. Your deposit is not refundable.
