How It Works
Step 1: Online Application
Once you select your logo design package, you will need to fill out the online application form. Your deposit will be required in order to finalize your application.
Your personal information will be used in order to contact you. It will be never shared with anyone. At Logo Prime we are committed to protecting your privacy.
The second part of the form is important for your logo design process. It will help us to create the right image for your company. Here we ask about your industry niche and your company's philosophy. This helps us to personalize the logo design and do our best in creating your company's image. It will useful if you provide us the URLs with the logo examples you like.
Step 2: Your Project
As soon as we receive your project application along with your deposit, we will contact you by email to confirm your order. Once we confirm it, we will start working on your project.
Step 3: First Samples
You will receive your set of logo design concepts within three business days. If you like what you see and decide to pursue your logo design process, you will need to select one of the concepts for further modifications.
Once you have selected your favorite concept, you will need to make your balance payment in order to finalize design process. If you do not select any concept or do not make a balance payment, your project will be terminated. (Some packages allow you to request a redesign session.) In case of such project termination we reserve all copyright for all design concepts presented to you.
If you decide to pursue your project, you may select only one logo from the set of concepts. We reserve all copyright for the rest of design samples presented to you.

Step 4: Balance Payment
Once you approve your initial concept you will be expected to make your balance payment. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, AMEX and Discover as well as PayPal. You can also send us a check or money order. Your on-line payment will be processed on PayPal web site. We will never have access to your financial information. As soon as we receive your payment you will receive our confirmation.
Step 5: Logo Revisions
Depending on your comments we will make changes to the preliminary concept you have selected. There is no extra charge for any changes, however the number of revisions depends on the package you have selected. Please refer to Packages for more details.

Step 6: Project Submission
When all the changes have been completed to your satisfaction, you will receive your complete logo package. The items included in your package depend on the package you selected. Your logo kit will be sent to you by e-mail. You can also order your logo kit on CD for additional $30.

Step 7: Warranty and Support
We store all your files in our database and you can request any file at any time. You can also ask for any assistance related to your logo.
